About me

Hey, I'm Jimbowha

I write and draw every comic and book on this site. I make stories so you can see what's going on in my imagination.

MAKING STORIES SINCE 2022

MY STORY

Stapled paper and big ideas

I've been making my own stories since the day I learned to read and draw. I used to staple sheets of paper together into little books and draw a cover on the front.

The name comes from Jimbo, which is what my family has always called me. That's funny, because my real name is Jaime Heathcote. Jimbowha has been my username for everything ever since.

On 11 July 2022 I put my first two stories online: a comic called Frods and a sci-fi book called Time Traitor. Since then I've made more comics, novels and picture books, and most of them are free to read right here.

WHY I CREATE

I want you to feel excited

That's the goal with every story. Every character, page and plot twist here is mine, built from scratch, so when you read one you're seeing exactly what I imagined.

My favourite story I've made is Frods, because I love the idea of Dreamlandia. The one I'm proudest of is Error 410: Digital Collapse, because of how much I made for it and because it's on Amazon.

WHAT I'M INTO

Games, Minecraft and Marvel

I love TV shows and films, but video games most of all. Minecraft is my favourite. I grew up with it, and it gives you a place to build any world you want. That's why my YouTube videos mix storytelling with Minecraft. I also play PvP games like Overwatch, and I'm a big Marvel fan.

I draw everything on a Huion drawing tablet.

WHAT'S NEXT

Read it, watch it, enjoy it

I want Jimbowha Productions to be a place people are excited to visit, somewhere to read, watch and enjoy. Next up is Objimals, dropping 22 November. After that? That's a secret.

One day I'd love to work on a film, a show or a video game. I'm always up for collaborating on exciting projects, so if you've got one, come and find me on Discord.
